I tend to not believe in generation-ism.
Culture and tastes change, but human personalities – not so much.
Otherwise, every “generation” would need new Myers-Briggs Types, Communication Styles, Leadership Styles, “core competencies,” etc.
Don’t segregate generations: collaborate instead! 🙂
